PressCard AI is a printing press workflow SaaS operated by Nebulix (nebulixcloud.com). Each customer workspace is hosted on dedicated infrastructure. Your business data belongs to you.
We collect and store data necessary to deliver and support the service:

Each customer workspace runs with its own isolated SQLite database on the Nebulix server infrastructure. Data is not co-mingled between customers. Backups and exports are available via the app's export features.
PressCard AI uses HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax session cookies for authentication. These are set on login and expire on session end or logout. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We never sell or share your business data with advertisers or any third party for commercial purposes.
Workspace data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days after cancellation to allow for data export. Billing email records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and legal obligations.

Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Sessions use HttpOnly and SameSite cookies. Data is transmitted over TLS. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
