Access is activated automatically after successful payment via Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew on the same date each month until cancelled. Yearly subscriptions renew annually.
To cancel, email [email protected] from the account or purchase email. Your workspace remains active until the end of the paid term. Cancellation stops the next renewal — no refund is issued for the remaining period unless it falls within the 7-day refund window.
Plan changes are handled manually. Contact [email protected] and we will arrange the change and any applicable credit or charge difference.
If a renewal payment fails or is not completed, the workspace will revert to read-only access after a grace period. Existing data is not deleted immediately — contact us to recover your workspace.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
