01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PressCard AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including trial and paid subscribers.

PressCard AI is operated by Nebulix Technologies FZE LLC (SPCFZ License No. 4429986.01; Formation No. 4429986), registered at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

02 Description of Service

PressCard AI is a cloud-hosted printing press workflow management platform. It enables print shops to manage job cards, cutting plans, paper stock, purchase requests, estimates, invoices, delivery notes, production, accounts, and reports.

Each customer is provisioned a dedicated workspace. Free trials are available for 7 days. Paid plans are Standard ($49/month, up to 5 users) and Team ($99/month, up to 10 users).

03 Paid Access

Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, access is activated against your email address.

• →Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected
• →Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy within 7 days of first payment
• →Access may be suspended for violations of these Terms

04 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PressCard AI to:

• →Enter or process illegal content or fraudulent business records
• →Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
• →Circumvent user limits through technical means
• →Use automated bots or scripts against the Service
• →Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service or other customers

05 Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for verifying job specifications, cutting calculations, stock balances, tax details, and invoice values before production or billing. PressCard AI is a workflow tool — production and financial decisions remain the responsibility of your team.

06 Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, and content of PressCard AI is owned by Nebulix. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business operations.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into PressCard AI — jobs, clients, invoices, stock records, and financial data.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Production decisions, financial entries, and cutting calculations should be reviewed by qualified staff before acting on them.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nebulix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business data. We recommend regular data exports as backups.

09 Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. We will notify customers of material changes via email where possible. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
