Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains when refunds are available for PressCard AI subscriptions and related Nebulix services.

2. Refund Window

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the first paid purchase if the workspace has not been materially used for production operations.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment providers and banks may take additional time to post the refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription periods that have been actively used to manage live jobs, invoices, or production.
  • Custom onboarding, setup, training, or consulting already delivered.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, unlawful use, chargeback misuse, or Terms violations.
  • Currency conversion differences, bank fees, or third-party payment fees outside Nebulix control.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the purchase email. Include the app name (PressCard AI), account email, payment reference, purchase date, and reason for the request.

5. Disputes

Please contact Nebulix before opening a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Unresolved payment disputes may result in workspace suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
